Heather Park Child Development Center is seeking a knowledgeable and reliable substitute for our Staff Development Coordinator who will be on Maternity Leave from March 1 to April 30, 2018.
This is a full-time temporary position, M-F, 10:00 am-6:15 pm. (Temporary Position: March 1 to April 30, 2018)
Responsibilities include closing the Center daily after assuring that all children are released to a legally designated person;
Working with the Center Director to assure that new staff are oriented and competent in the classroom;
That staff and children’s files are complete and up to date, including professional development requirements;
And assisting the Director in any tasks necessary for the effective operation of the center.
Must be 21 years old;
Have an Associate Degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, Human Growth and Development or Early Childhood Special Education;
A minimum of 2 years performing teaching/staff development responsibilities in a Licensed child care center.
Must meet State Licensure requirements for TB test, and background check with Qualifying Letter.
Wages: $13.00-$15.00 hourly.
